Something amazing happens when you roast the seed of a certain African shrub, generating one of the most complex combinations of flavor compounds in any food we consume. Those complex flavors evolve over the first week post-roasting and, after a few more weeks, can start to degrade substantially. That is why we roast to order and deliver fresh the week of roasting to Los Alamos County.

We deliver Friday and Saturday with weekly order deadline of Monday at noon.
