From our friends at Forest Coffee, this Colombian "Black Condor" is going to be one of our core offerings at h-bar coffee and makes for a fantastic daily drinker to get your day started right! There is a light chocolate and caramel base that balances a nice juicy, orange-citrus brightness. There is a bit more complexity going on as it cools which keeps this one interesting but still really approachable for a light roast.

Some more details about this coffee and its production from the importer:
This coffee is from our [Forest Coffee] project in Tolima-Gaitania. It is a coffee produced by more than 40 coffee growers in the region, which is processed separately and dried by the brothers Emanuel and Valentina at their farm La Roma. They have been working with their own farm and with their neighbors and are building a new wet facility to process more unique coffees.
